New Welded Hemmed Banners

Here at far’n'beyond we are always striving to deliver Quality, Service and Turnaround through improvements and developments in our product range.

We are pleased to announce that after a month trial we will now be welding the hems of all our banners to ensure a longer lasting quality product in addition to our quality printing.

Having used glue to hem our banners for several years, we felt after developments in our ink, material and print quality, there were further improvements available in the banner finishing.

Although gluing is a simple technique, under stress the glue can release from the surface.

With the welding machine the material is fused together – the banner is run across two metal plates and the principles of heat, speed and pressure are used to get a welded seam.

If you want your banner to live beyond the grand opening or special event, then our new way of hemming banners will ensure they stand up to the weather elements.
What about the cost? We are pleased to announce that we will not be increased!
