Walkabout Fresher’s Magazine Advert Design
We were recently asked to create an advert for a magazine for Walkabout Sheffield to promote their university freshers student events. The advert will be placed in magazines across Sheffield to catch the eyes of the new students coming to the city and drive new custom to the bar .

Their ‘Freshers Fortnight’ theme lists the nightly events the bar is hosting along with special students offers and discount forms to fill in and bring. With so many adverts and promotional material in circulation during the freshers period the design needed to really jump off the page. Bright colours and imagery helped create a high impact design that reflects both the student lifestyle and the ethos of the Australian bar chain.
